re-edit to my post though, make sure to have enough isk in ur wallet to cover any fines, or it will put your wallet in the negative not allowing you to do anything on market or contracts

smuggling combat boosters is easy, you just decline handing over the boostersand continue, try to start out 3 jumps or so from jita in low sec, sometimes u get caught others not at all, if ur caught and deny handing over the boosters you get fined...
